Coverage · Delayed orders
When delivery extends beyond the expected timeframe.
A late shipment is reviewed against the timeframe originally communicated for delivery.
A late shipment is not automatically eligible
Some delay is common in shipping. A request is reviewed against the specific terms connected to the order, not against expectation alone.
A defined delay threshold may apply
The terms connected to an order may set a minimum number of days beyond the expected delivery date before a delay becomes reviewable.
Expected and actual delivery dates may be required
Wayco may ask for the delivery date originally communicated at purchase, along with the current tracking status.
Carrier and retailer information may be reviewed
Tracking history and any communication already had with the retailer or carrier may be reviewed as part of the request.
Existing compensation must be disclosed
Any refund, credit, or other compensation already offered or received must be disclosed as part of the request.
Eligibility depends on the applicable terms
Whether a specific order qualifies depends on the protection terms connected to that order, not on this general description.
Ready to submit?
If a delivery date has passed by a meaningful margin, a delayed-order request can be submitted. Checking an order first can confirm current tracking status.
