Trust
Clear information and careful handling.
This page explains, in plain terms, what information Wayco requests, how it is used, and how customers can raise a concern.
Information Wayco requests
Depending on the request, Wayco may ask for order details such as an order number, retailer name, delivery address, and a description of the issue, along with contact information such as a name and email address needed to respond. Wayco does not ask customers to submit payment-card numbers, passwords, or government identification numbers through its standard web forms.
How customer information is used
Information submitted through a form is used to evaluate the request against the applicable protection terms, to correspond with the customer about that request, and to maintain records required to administer the programme.
Communication practices
Wayco corresponds with customers primarily by email, using the address provided at submission. Wayco will not ask for sensitive account credentials or payment information over email.
Data minimisation
Forms on this site are designed to request only the information needed to process a given request. Where a form field is optional, it is marked as such.
Third-party service categories
Wayco may rely on service providers in categories such as claims administration, email delivery, and website hosting to operate this service. Specific providers, when applicable, are described in the privacy notice.
