Claims terms
These terms describe how claim submissions, reviews, and updates are generally handled through this website.
Last reviewed: [EFFECTIVE DATE]
1. Submitting a claim
A claim is submitted through the Wayco claim form and is passed to the programme administrator responsible for the relevant order for review. Submitting a claim through this website does not by itself constitute approval of any remedy.
2. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Providing false or misleading information may result in a claim being declined.
3. Review process
Claims are reviewed against the applicable order-protection terms. Review times vary and are not guaranteed. You may request an update on a submitted claim using the reference provided at submission.
4. Supporting documents
You may be asked to provide supporting documents, such as order confirmations or delivery records. You should not submit payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive identity information through free-text fields.
5. Decisions
Claim decisions are made by the provider responsible for the relevant programme or the programme administrator responsible for the relevant order under the applicable order-protection terms. Wayco communicates the outcome but does not make the underlying decision.
6. Disputes
If you disagree with a claim outcome, you may raise the matter through the complaints process.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in [APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS].
