Coverage · Lost orders
When an eligible shipment has not arrived.
A missing shipment is reviewed carefully before it is treated as lost.
A missing shipment is not automatically classified as lost
Carrier scans and tracking updates may continue to appear after the expected delivery date, so Wayco reviews the full shipment history before reaching a conclusion.
A waiting period may apply
Depending on the terms connected to the order, a request may not be reviewable until a defined period has passed after the expected delivery date.
Retailer or carrier contact may be required
Wayco may ask whether the retailer or carrier has already been contacted, and what they said, before completing a review.
Existing refunds or replacements must be disclosed
Any refund, credit, or replacement already issued by the retailer or carrier must be disclosed as part of the request.
Eligibility depends on the applicable terms
Whether a specific order qualifies depends on the protection terms connected to that order, not on this general description.
Ready to submit?
If a shipment has not arrived and enough time has passed, a lost-order request can be submitted. Checking an order first can confirm current tracking status.
